VIRTUAL CONFERENCE GUIDANCE OF 2nd ICECREAM 2022
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 02th 2022 / 8 RABI’UL AKHIR 1444

The general guidance of The 2nd International Conference on Engineering, Constructions, Renewable Energy and Advanced Materials 2022 is as follow:

1. Participants and presenters join the main room via zoom link that listed on the LOI / on the account page of each participant at 08.00 – 08.30 WIB
2. Please change your Zoom user name with this format for:
   
   Participant: ROOM CODE_PARTICIPANT_NAME
   For example: IC-BR-1_PARTICIPANT_ARYUNI
   
   Presenter: ROOMCODE_PRESENTER_NAME
   For Example: IC-BR-1_PRESENTER_ARYUNI
   
   Please use the virtual background during opening ceremony, plenary session and
   parallel session that can be downloaded in https://s.umj.ac.id/VB-SEMNASTEK-ICECREAM

3. At 08.30 – 09.25 Jakarta Time (GMT+7), please join the opening ceremony on the main room of the ZOOM meeting
4. At 09.25 – 12.00 Jakarta Time (GMT+7), please join the ICECREAM 2021 break out room to join the plenary session
5. At 12.00 – 13.00 Jakarta Time (GMT+7), break time
6. At 13.00 – 15.00 Jakarta Time (GMT+7), please join your parallel room according to your presentation schedule.
7. Guidance for parallel session :
   • Moderator will ask the presenters to present their paper according to the order on the presentation schedule.
   • Each presenter has a maximum 10 mins to present their work and the PIC will give notice when the time limit is approaching (5 mins, 3 mins and 1 min before) through direct message.
8. Participants fill out the satisfaction questionnaire on each web account (icecream.umj.ac.id) as confirmation of attendance at the conference and to get a certificate
9. The moderator will provide information about the closing ceremony in the main room, when the best paper will be announced.

11. The moderator will ask all the participants to open their camera to take the picture for documentation.
12. The participants went back to the main room to join the closing ceremony.
